Overview

Main House
Located very close to Saint-Emilion it has a magnificent panoramic view over vineyards thanks to its large French windows. Vineyard
The vineyard is 1ha67 in an excellent (prestigious) appellation and farmed under sustainable farming practices known as "agriculture raisonnée." The vine parcels have excellent exposure as the land is south facing and the gentle slopes provide good drainage. The vines are between 40 and 80 years old and have an average production of 45HL = 6000 bottles / year. The winery of 150 m² was built in 2008. The vats are thermoregulated stainless steel. The cellar can store the 20 barrels necessary for the aging of wine. There is also an additional barn for storing equipment. There are two septic tanks of 3000L each with a Bamboo plantation for treatment of effluents in an environmentally sensitive manner. Marketing of wine in France is mainly in wine shops and restaurants. Abroad on the U.S. market (15%), China (10%) and Europe
(10%). The sale price of the bottles is between 20 and 25 € excluding VAT. The property has two trademarks and has received consistent critical acclaim for the quality of the wine.

The property is located very near the village of Saint-Emilion which itself is about 45 minutes from Bordeaux and its international airport and amenities.
