Overview

This family-run Organic winery is complete with a four bedroom house and has spectacular valley views,

This estate is ideal as a starter vineyard for the novice - or a complement to an existing wine operation,

The property includes 15.5 hectares of land in total, 10.7 of which are under vine. The four bedroom family home is detached, with a small barn at one end. On the plot are another detached barn (approx 100m2), a ‘chai barrique’ for storing wine barrels with a tasting room, and a covered Chai.

The vines produce a total of 480 hectolitres per year and are divided as follows:

Red wine - 8 hectares (Grapes - 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc)

White wine - approx 3 hectares (Grapes - 50% Semillon, 50% Sauvignon)

The estate is part of two appellations - Bergerac and Montravel, and the Red, White and Rosé wines appear in the ‘Guide Hachette’,

The wine making equipment and farm equipment are included in the sale, and the stock is available by separate negotiation.

The local village with a bar/restaurant is a five minute stroll, and the larger town of Ste Foy la Grande (with supermarkets, schools and doctors) is around 15 minutes by car.

The nearest airport at Bergerac is around 30 minutes away, and the airport of Bordeaux just under an hour.
