The estate has 1,0810 Ha in AOC Saint-Emilion Grand-Cru and 9.3270 Ha in AOC Saint-Emilion vineyards in production that divide the property into two different brands. There are raw concrete vats with thermoregulation, as well as epoxy vats. The density is 5500 Hl / Ha with a yield of 52 Hl / Ha. The grape variety is 30% Merlot and 70% Cabernet Franc. In addition, the property adapted viti/vinicultural equipment.
