The total surface area of the estate is 31.8 hectares in a single block. A large pathway runs through the centre of the estate, where the buildings are arranged around an enclosed courtyard.
The 28.47-hectare vineyard is all AOC Côtes-de-Bourg.
Two residential buildings, including a 238 m² chartreuse renovated in 2016 and a 145 m² secondary accommodation.
More than 850 m² of farm buildings. The vats, cellar, tasting room and sales cellar were refurbished in 2017.
