* Residential part:
Built in 1997, this 84 m² house comprises a kitchen, a large living room, a study, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. Heating by electric radiators and a wood-burning insert. There are roller blinds and double glazing.
The indoor swimming pool, built in 2009, measures 4x8 meters, with water heated, automatic water treatment and counter-current swimming, in a 100 m² room heated by a Godin wood-burning stove.
There are also two outdoor terraces of 29 m² for the house and 47 m² for the swimming pool.

* Production area
522 m² in total, including a winery built in 1996 divided into a 150 m² vat room and a 100 m² barrel store.
Very good insulation.
Bottle cellar of 71 m² and a former vat room of 55 m2.
A 90 m² equipment garage.

The winery has a storage capacity of 777 hl, including 12 concrete vats with a total capacity of 587 hl (volume from 30 to 64 hl), 8 of which (410 hl) are epoxy-coated, and several wine racks. All in very good condition.
