Client's Perspective

We have used the services of Vineyards-Bordeaux service to sell our Château winery. They are, particularly Michael, very professional and have an extensive international network. They work diligently and know how to smooth difficulties. I would highly recommend them.

I was e-introduced to Michael during the pandemic. Our conversations began via zoom and later on as travel restrictions permitted, we met in France and began the journey of finding a house with a vineyard in Bordeaux. I found Michael to be very committed to this quest and extremely professional. His dedication was seen in the constant search of the parameters I outlined in our conversations. He always presented each property with its advantages as well as the disadvantages so that I had a complete view of what is at stake in order to reach the right investment decision. Aside from his vast knowledge in the real estate aspect of the deal, Michael is an expert in the vineyard and wine production angle which was as important for me as finding the right house. We discussed the location of the property and the vineyard, the land conditions, the grapes and the management of the entire production cycle. Once again, the many layers of the topic were discussed and brought to the table before I made the decision.

Buying a Chateau and a hobby vineyard takes time. It is not a decision one takes lightly and often the right property does emerge at the beginning. It is a process, like a marathon, that may take about a year or two. Michael and his team of dedicated professionals were the perfect partners for this adventure. They participated in the meetings and phone calls with the many people involved in the deal starting from the sellers, the lawyers and then the professionals related to the wine making.

Even after the sale was finalized, Michael stayed in contact making sure that our experience of the house as well as the surrounding and neighbors is pleasant and comforting. Based on my experience, I find Michael to be a unique individual who is extremely knowledgeable and with a longstanding personal network. He possesses high emotional intelligence and is extremely dedicated and motivated to finding the right property.
