Working in partnership with Adam Dakin of Wine Objectives, Vineyards-Bordeaux completed the sale of a 25 hectare estate close to St Tropez with 16 hectares of AOP Cotes de Provence vines. Predominantly a rosé vineyard, the vineyard cepage is Grenache and Cinsaut with a plant density of 4000/ha and an age range of 3 to 20 years. Production is approximately 100,000 bottles per year. The property was sold with two turnkey residences each with their own swimming pool.

Client's Perspective

My wife and I owned a vineyard consisting of approximately 16 hectares of vines in Var, France for twenty years and in the Summer of 2018 decided to sell in order to consolidate our affairs. Based upon our enquiries, we realistically did not expect to sell within two years. I was introduced to Michael Baynes indirectly by my London bankers. He took an immediate and encouraging interest in our property and in turn brought Adam Dakin into the discussions.
