The non-agricultural buildings are composed of a fully renovated and very bright flat which is organised around a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 parental bedrooms, an office, a storeroom and an outside terrace with a 180° view on the vineyard. There is also a manager's house, a mansion to be entirely renovated, and an old farmhouse of 3000m² to be entirely renovated on 6ha of land and its lake of 1ha30.

The farm buildings are composed of two insulated and thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, a winery with concrete vats above and below ground for a total capacity of approximately 12,000hL of vats.
