Chateau Fauchey is a prominent medieval castle located in the Cotes de Bordeaux Cadillac – formerly known as the Premier Cotes de Bordeaux famed for its outstanding terroir and micro-climate. Vineyards-Bordeaux managed the transaction of the 25 hectare organic estate with 6.5 hectares under vine and a well organised winery capable of producing over 40,000 bottles per year. The sellers had operated the chateau structure as a successful guest house to complement their wine making activities.
