In 2011 Vineyards-Bordeaux introduced a new concept to Christie’s International Real Estate based on the unique network of vineyard and winery locations under the same brand umbrella. Back then it was called Vineyards By Christies and the goal was to create a network of global experts under the Christie’s brand that included both real estate, technical and wine experts – the latter coming from Christie’s wine.
We identified that we had affiliates operating in all of the major wine regions of the world:

The result was a series of networking initiatives, meetings and a presentation brochure to promote the vineyard experts in our midst.
Fast forward to 2019 and we see that Vineyards by Christie’s has evolved into something that Christie’s International Real Estate is calling the Master’s Circle. There will be a number of Master’s Circles for a range of specialist real estate asset classes such as luxury ski properties, equestrian estates and city apartments for example. Each of these needing specific expertise to be able to serve clients at the luxury and ultra luxury price points globally.

In the coming months we expect to add our colleagues in Argentina, Chile, South Africa and England. Napa Valley will be the second US location to join later this year also.
